What are the hire rates?
Rates range from €28 to €35 per hour, including VAT. The Centre confirms the applicable rate before finalising your booking.
Who can hire a room and which documents are needed?
All statuses are welcome: individuals, associations, sole traders and companies. The documents for your situation are listed on each room page and on the room-hire page. View required documents
How do I book a room?
Choose a room, check availability and submit a request. The Centre must confirm the time slot and terms before your booking is final.
What is the minimum hire duration?
Rooms are hired in 30-minute increments with a one-hour minimum: 1 hour, 1½ hours, 2 hours… Setup and clearing the room are included in your booking time.
Do the stated capacities apply to dance classes?
The stated capacities refer to seated guests. Suitable participant numbers for movement classes need to be confirmed for the activity and room.
Can I hold a birthday party or reception?
The rooms are intended for classes, workshops and meetings. Birthday parties are not hosted and the rooms are not intended for catering or cocktail receptions.
What equipment is available?
Equipment varies by room and may include mirrors, mats, tables, chairs and ballet barres. Check the room page and tell us what you need so we can confirm availability.
Is a sound system provided?
Sound equipment is not provided. You may bring your own equipment while respecting other occupants.
Are changing rooms and showers available?
Changing rooms and showers are available in the Centre. Changing rooms are unsupervised.
How do I enrol in an activity?
Find an activity in the programme and contact its organiser. They will provide details about times, levels, fees and enrolment.
Are classes taught in English?
The teaching language depends on each organiser. Contact them directly to confirm the languages offered.
How can I check accessibility?
Contact the Centre before visiting. Access needs to be checked against your requirements, the lift dimensions and the room’s floor.
