Rates and hire terms
€28–35 per hour, VAT included
The Centre confirms the rate applicable to your booking before it is finalised.
From 1 hour, in 30-minute increments
Book 1 hour, 1½ hours, 2 hours… Your booking includes setup and clearing the room.
All statuses welcome
Individuals, associations, sole traders and companies can hire a room for one-off or regular use.

Prepare your documents
Gather the documents below. For your first booking, speak with the Centre to prepare your visit.
Wait for confirmation
The Centre validates your request and confirms payment arrangements. An online request is not a confirmed booking.
Payment and cancellation
New clients making a one-off booking pay before the hire date. Regular bookings are invoiced monthly.
Cancellation is free at least 14 days before the booking; 50% of the hire charge applies from less than 14 days to 7 days inclusive; 100% applies with less than 7 days’ notice. Changes are free of charge, subject to availability.
Equipment, capacity and access
The stated capacities refer to seated guests. For movement classes, group size and suitable equipment must be confirmed. No sound system is provided; you may bring your own equipment while respecting other occupants.
Changing rooms and showers are available. Entry requires a code, which the organiser gives to participants. If you have specific accessibility needs, check access to the floor and the suitability of the room before booking.
What can the rooms be used for?
Classes, workshops, rehearsals and meetings are welcome. Birthday parties are not accepted; the rooms are not intended for catering or cocktail receptions.
